Her passion for confectionary artistry was ignited when she won a cake mixer from a lucky draw! Always a consummate artist and professional, Delcie, our project manager, became obsessed with baking after she experimented with flour, sugar and eggs.

As a testament to her great skill, Delcie has previously won the first prize in Prima Deli’s Horoscope Cake Competition in 2005 and her pastries were sold in all Prima Deli’s retail outlets.

Currently, Whisk and Fold is actively involved in BNI Singapore Dynamic Chapter (Business Network International), with Delcie taking on the key responsibility as the President.
